How to Play Policy

Getting started takes just a few clicks. Select a country from the map, then confirm with the "Select" button. From there, a short tutorial walks through the core game process — skip it at any time by clicking the cross, though completing it gives a clearer understanding of how everything works. After the tutorial, play proceeds based on what was covered in it.
