Color Blocks
About Color Blocks
Color Blocks drops you into a grid-filling puzzle where the goal is straightforward: arrange pieces so that complete vertical or horizontal lines form and vanish. The challenge sharpens quickly, because the figures cannot be rotated — what you see is exactly what you place. A light gray square grid with a 10 by 10 arrangement of circular studs makes up the main playing field. Three distinct blocks are displayed in a dark vertical column to the right of that grid, showing the current set waiting to be placed. Logic and imagination both get a workout here, and a soundtrack keeps the session lively.
How to Play Color Blocks
Three blocks are issued to you at once, and the next set stays hidden until all three have been placed on the field. Fill a complete horizontal or vertical line and it disappears, freeing up space. Because the figures cannot be rotated, every placement decision counts from the start. The game ends the moment none of the available blocks can fit anywhere on the grid, so keeping open space is the ongoing challenge.
Controls
- Left mouse button (click and drag): Clamp onto a block piece and drag it onto the playing field
- Finger (tap and drag): Clamp onto a block piece and drag it onto the playing field on phone or tablet
