Smile Rush is an arcade game where the goal is to guide a growing group of teeth through a series of obstacle-filled levels and deliver them safely into a child's mouth at the end. The pace is light and the concept is cheerful, making it a natural fit for kids and family play. One scene shows a giant human head with an open mouth waiting at the end of a linear path, and in that same scene blue mechanical arms with gray drill bits are positioned above the track.

How to Play Smile Rush

The core objective is to steer as many teeth as possible to the finish line — the more white teeth that arrive, the higher the reward. Along the way, traps appear on the road and must be avoided to keep the group intact. At the end of each run, the surviving teeth are placed into the child's mouth.
