Fat Runner is an arcade running game built around one deceptively simple idea: balance what your character eats to hit a target weight. The game sets a weight goal at the start, then sends a girl sprinting down a path where food choices determine whether she slims down or bulks up. Eat a carrot or an apple and she loses weight; grab fast food and she gains it back fast.
Several scenes show a pink and white striped platform stretching as an elevated path through a bright blue sky. Along that path, 3D objects — ice cream cones, carrots, grapes, and burgers — appear arranged in rows ahead of the runner. The character runs in a blue top and pants with a dark leopard-style print.

How to Play Fat Runner
At the start of each run, the game shows a target weight for the character. The entire run is spent managing what she eats to match that goal by the end.
The core rule is balance. Eating several healthy products in a row — carrots, apples, and similar proper nutrition — counts as a loss, just as eating several fast food items in a row also ends the run. Neither extreme is the answer. The goal is to alternate between healthy food and fast food, keeping the character's physique visually aligned with the weight shown at the beginning.
Judgment is visual: watch the character's body shape as she runs and compare it against the starting condition. Avoid the "I weigh 100 kg" program at all costs. Keep things balanced, avoid streaks in either direction, and aim for the ideal weight the game sets out.
