Dominoes classic, duel is a digital take on the traditional tile-matching board game where two players build a chain of domino pieces — called bones or stones — by connecting halves that share the same number of dots. A classic set of 28 dominoes is used, each rectangular tile divided into two halves with dot values ranging from 0 to 6. Several scenes show a green textured surface as the backdrop, with white domino tiles arranged along a rectangular border. The game supports matches against artificial intelligence or against a real opponent in multiplayer mode.

How to Play Dominoes classic, duel

At the start of each game, both players receive 7 bones each. The remaining tiles are set aside face-down as the reserve, also called the market.

Taking Turns and Placing Tiles

The player holding the double 6-6 goes first, placing that tile to open the chain. Subsequent players then extend the chain with tiles such as 6-1, 6-2, and so on, matching the value at the open end. On each turn after that, a player places a tile whose value matches the last one on the table. When no matching tile is in hand, the player draws additional tiles from the market. Taking more bones from the reserve moves a player further from winning, since holding many tiles is a disadvantage in dominoes.

Ending a Round

A round ends when one player places their final stone. That player wins and is credited with the total point value of all tiles still held by the opponent. A round can also end in a "fish" — a situation where tiles remain in both hands but no legal move exists. In that case, the player with the fewest points wins, and the difference in points is recorded as the win. The winner of each round makes the first move in the next one.

Winning the Game

Play continues across multiple rounds until one player reaches a pre-agreed points total. The available targets are 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, or 300 points.
