Defender: The Last Stand is a fast-paced arcade base defense game where the goal is simple and relentless: hold the line against an endless horde of zombies. Each wave hits harder than the one before, and the pressure never lets up. The game runs on a loop of destroying enemies, collecting metal, and spending it on towers and upgrades before the next assault arrives. How to Play Defender: The Last Stand: Destroy Zombies, Build Towers, Survive

Click or tap zombies to destroy them and collect metal. Metal funds everything — building new towers and upgrading existing ones. Between waves, a brief respite gives time to prepare before the next assault begins. The challenge is to see how many waves you are able to survive as enemies grow stronger and more resilient with each round.

Towers / Squad

• Submachine Gunner: fast and affordable, an excellent helper in cleaning up
• Shotgun: powerful close range damage
• Grenade Launcher: damage to the area around the target
• Sniper: high damage hits everyone on the line

Power-ups / Abilities

Zombies may drop temporary abilities during combat. Deploy them at the right moment to push through the toughest waves.

Progression

Every wave makes enemies stronger and more resilient. Smart strategy is what keeps a defense standing as the difficulty climbs. Wave completion rewards can be collected by tapping the button after each wave ends. The Last Chance mechanic is available once per defense, offering a single opportunity to recover when things go wrong. Holding a button activates auto-purchase continuously, and balance improvements keep the escalation fair across the run.
