Run to a brainrot, pick it up, and carry it to the collection zone or sell point. Place brainrots on panels near home and they generate income; step on the panel to collect the accumulated sum. Sell spare brainrots on the red sell plane. Hold a brainrot and go to the panel or red sell zone, then press interact to complete the transaction.

Balls fly at you on the slopes — if hit, you get knocked back, lose the brainrot from your hands, and end up at base after a second. Bots are also after brainrots: they grab them and carry them to the finish, so outrun them or hit them with the ball. In the shop, spend earned currency to upgrade your speed and unlock ladders and barriers. Each brainrot generates income per second, and the rarer and higher-level the brainrot, the more profitable it is.
