Accidents and Destruction of Cars 3D is a realistic simulator built around one satisfying premise: finding out exactly how much punishment a car can take. Each vehicle in the game is unique, and parts detach differently depending on which obstacles and elements the car encounters — the damage system is designed to feel genuinely realistic rather than cosmetic.

The map is packed with a wide variety of destructive setups. Long ramps let cars launch into the air for impressive jumps, each landing differently. Hammers and crushers apply direct pressure to the bodywork, rotating balls and sticks can be dodged or collided with, and a series of crushers escalates in danger from one to the next. Flips and backflips are very much part of the action. One scene shows a blue car with its front-left wheel fully detached and the driver-side door hanging open. Several scenes show black and yellow striped patterns on various obstacles and barriers. Another moment places a white car, a motorcycle, and several semi-truck trailers together on a flat grey surface. The game also lets players change the time of day.
